2008 Heartland Food Network Marketplace annual subscription fees for dining establishments and catering companies
Dining Establishment and Catering Company Annual Marketplace Subscription
• $75 subscription for any dining establishment or catering company that grosses less than $250,000 in annual sales
• $150 subscription for any dining establishment or catering company that grosses between than $250,000 and $500,000 in annual sales
• $225 subscription for any dining establishment or catering company that grosses more than $500,000 in annual sales
Food and Facilities Management Company or Franchise Annual Marketplace Subscription
• $225 subscription for one MN Campus Facility or Franchise location
2008 Heartland Food Network Marketplace annual subscription fees for food distributors and producer-distributors
Food Distributors and Producer-Distributors Annual Marketplace Subscription
• $225 subscription for any distributor that grosses less than $500,000 in annual sales
• $375 for any distributor that grosses between $500,000 and $1 million dollars in annual sales
• $600 subscription for any distributor that grosses more than $1million dollars in annual sales
